Animals are deeply sensitive to energy and often respond beautifully to Reiki. Whether they’re recovering from an injury, experiencing anxiety, aging gracefully, or simply in need of extra support, Reiki offers a safe and non-invasive way to promote healing, comfort, and connection.
 

What is Animal Reiki?

Animal Reiki is a compassionate form of energy healing that honors the animal’s boundaries, preferences, and unique wisdom. It supports the physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing of animals — enhancing their natural healing ability and strengthening the bond between human and animal.

Animals are never forced to accept Reiki. I approach every session with gentleness and respect, allowing the animal to guide the process. In the process, I also work with the animal's human. This serves to strengthen your bond and notice any concerns that may need to be addressed. Animals often serve as mirrors, to gently remind us to look within. If your animal makes it clear they don't want Reiki, you will receive the energy.
 

Session Options

Distance Reiki Sessions:
Ideal for pets who are shy, anxious, or physically fragile — or for families who live outside of travel range.
These sessions are conducted remotely, allowing your animal to receive healing in the comfort of their own environment.

On-Site Sessions (Horses and Barn Animals):
I travel to barns and stables within a 50-mile radius of western Massachusetts. A travel fee will be added to the cost of the session, based on distance.
These sessions are conducted in a calm, familiar space where your animal feels safe.

Specializing in Horses

As a lifelong horsewoman and the proud companion of a retired Thoroughbred, I have a deep understanding of equine sensitivity, body language, and energy. Horses are incredibly intuitive beings — often mirroring their person's emotions and holding stress in their bodies. Therefore, I work with the animal and their person, to help them to build a productive partnership.

Reiki can be especially helpful for horses experiencing:
- Recovery from injury or illness
- Trauma or behavioral changes
- Discomfort or performance issues
- Transitions such as rehoming or retirement
- Emotional healing and nervous system regulation

Because I “speak horse,” I approach every equine session with patience, softness, and a deep reverence for their pace and preferences.
