The Order Process

The order process is easy. If you want an item, contact me using the form below. That will start the conversation that leads to the design process. At this time, I am only able to weave items under 25 inches wide. (A new loom has been ordered and should be here in February of 2024) I make tea towels, scarves, shawls, placemats, and napkins.

You decide what you would like, you choose your colors and fiber preference, and I cost out the job. I will take a 20% nonrefundable deposit to cover the design process. Once your design is finished, I will email you your choices. Once you make your choice, I take payment in full. I will keep you informed of the progress of your item. When it's done, I ship it to you to enjoy and cherish.

It is important to remember that all these items are handwoven and designed just for you. It takes time. There will be a wait. At the time of order, I will give you an estimate of how long it should take. I will also let you know if other orders are ahead of you, making the wait longer. These items are not fast fashion. They are deluxe custom items made exclusively for you. Your patience is appreciated.
